ABOUT US

I have spent the last 25 years working in a variety of positions within HR, sales, and general management for international companies in the automotive, retail, FMCG, mechanical engineering, and energy sectors. Over the last 15 years I have been working on C-level, among others as Global Head HR and Chief HR Officer for companies such as Triumph, Bosch Siemens Home appliances, Sulzer, or Orsay. In each case I was a member of Group Management. My remit at Orsay also included sales, and I spent 2 years as Managing Director Western Europe.

After 25 years on the most senior management level I have decided to accept a new challenge that would involve injecting my experience and expertise into my own company, and that would provide valuable assistance to clients in the fields of HR strategy, organization, processes, and services.

We help in restructuring and change processes, mergers and acquisitions, or in organizational development. We assist you with international HR issues or with your HR IT roadmap.
