Pichler & Partner has signed a partnership agreement with The OCM in Deddington, Oxfordshire, England/United Kingdom. Andreas Pichler, CEO of Pichler & Partner and Graham Clark, Director Coaching & Consultancy at The OCM, signed the agreement on September 17th, 2019.
The OCM is a leading organisation for coaching and mentoring in the UK. They have shaped the evolution of the coaching profession over more than 20 years, for example as a founding member of the EMCC (European Management & Coaching Council) and they were the first to provide professionally and academically accredited coaching, mentoring and supervision qualifications.
The objective of this partnership is to broaden the reach and provide access to a wider pool of coaches to the customers of both Pichler & Partner and The OCM. Pichler & Partner has a strong presence in Coaching, Leadership Assessment & Development in Switzerland and the German-speaking markets, while The OCM has a strong presence in Coaching & Mentoring in the UK, Ireland and other English-speaking countries.
