Pichler & Partner Ltd. in Schönenwerd has taken over the HR consulting firm Boss Business Consulting Ltd. in Zug, effective 1 April 2019. This merger between the two prestigious HR consulting companies will help to build on the existing competencies and capacities. The best aspects of both companies will create strong synergies and fresh stimuli to continue improving their position as a quality provider for innovative HR services and projects.

The 30 consultants, coaches, employees and partners, will be working at the company’s locations in Zurich, Zug, Basel and Geneva, as well as at the head office in Schönenwerd. The merger will purposefully enlarge the core competencies in HR consulting, outplacement & new placement, assessment, development and coaching.
The new company will operate under the shared PICHLER brand. Andreas Pichler will be in charge of business as CEO, supported by Cécile Pichler as Managing Partner. Roland Niggli, owner and Managing Partner of BOSS until now, will ensure orderly handover of business until the end of June and will then retire from the organisation.
