Organizational Assessments

We take a holistic and integrative approach. First of all, we look at the company, its environment, and the general circumstances:

Vision & strategy, market & customers, products & services, structures & processes, leadership & culture, people & collaboration. We apply a structured SWOT analysis to help infer organizational strengths, areas requiring development, also risks and calls for action.

There is equally the option of including the employees in a survey or in the form of a future workshop, depending on the specific corporate culture and project strategy. An interdisciplinary team spanning the various hierarchical levels should be in charge of the workshop.

A final workshop with company management defines the future strategic direction and corporate culture.
