10 years of Pichler & Partner. Since 2015, we have been supporting people and organizations in actively shaping their future. Today we are celebrating this anniversary and saying thank you for the trust that has been placed in us over the years.
We founded Pichler & Partner on Switzerland‘s Future Day, November 12, 2015, deliberately on a day that stands for new horizons, opportunities, and perspectives. With this attitude, we have grown and established ourselves firmly in many regions of Switzerland over the last ten years.
Since then, we have been able to carry out a wide variety of HR projects, a large number of assessments, strengthen managers in their development, accompany hundreds of people in their professional reorientation, and support companies in a wide range of industries: from manufacturing and finance to education, health, public administration, energy, and tech. From the very beginning, we wanted to be a sparring partner on eye-level and an innovative source of inspiration for our clients. We are thrilled to see how we make an impact every day with tailor-made solutions for people, organizations, and culture.
