For our head office in Schönenwerd we are looking for an experienced

Interns and student assistants HR consulting (m/f)

In this role you learn all about the HR consultancy business and the variety of HR. You support our consultants in recruitment and executive search projects or in research. You help to identify target companies and candidates based on customer briefings. You maintain our candidate base and support administration. Or you support our HR consultants in strategic projects with our international customers, you prepare meetings and presentations. You support specific topics in Talent Management, Performance Management or Employer Branding concepts.

YOU SHOULD

• Be a student in business economics, psychology or HR
• Have excellent IT affinity and good social media knowledge
• Have strong analytical skills, structured and autonomous
• Have good communication skills and be a strong team player
• Be pragmatic and hands-on
• Be fluent in English and German, any other European language a plus
